The company’s product portfolio comprises over 15,000 products. fischer develops and manufactures its own products, including custom solutions upon request.
With a comprehensive range of services, fischer offers its customers ideal support for its variety of products. The family business is based in Waldachtal-Tumlingen in the northern Black Forest of Germany. In 2019 the family business generated a turnover of 887 million euro with approximately 5,200 members of staff around the world. 49 subsidiaries in 37 countries and distribution partners in more than 100 countries create proximity to the market and customer. Production sites are located in Argentina, Brazil, China, Germany (Waldachtal, Horb, Freiburg, Denzlingen), Italy, Czech Republic and in the US.

Technical innovations and growing customer and environmental demands: There are many trends that affect building services engineering and require a reliable partner. We offer a wide range of fixing and installation solutions that simplify and speed up MEP Installation in order to shorten construction time and thus reduce project costs. Electrogalvanised variants are ideal for internal building installation applications, while hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel installation systems are suitable for outdoor use or in highly corrosive atmospheres.

Products

Our installation systems enable the safe, economic and simple installation of all types of supply and disposal lines. The products range from systems for light to heavy loads and are suitable for residential construction applications as well as for infrastructure projects and industrial constructions. Users can also combine the required modular components depending on the building situation and the circumference of the pipe.

fischer’s fully hot-dip galvanised Massive channel system is a new product range that replaces the need for secondary steel constructions during heavy-duty installations, reducing costs by up to 30 percent. Our modular fischer Universal channel system FUS also helps install medium to heavy pipe facilities using fast push-through connections for the channels. Light loads can be installed using the simple ‘Clix’ mechanism with our fischer light channel system FLS.
We also offer numerous fixings solutions such as our intelligent DUO-Line with an innovative combination of materials that either fold, expand or knot depending on the construction material, allowing stud screws to be installed in any anchor base. Our fischer concrete screw ULTRACUT FBS II with a diameter of 6 mm has also been approved for multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems, making it ideal for installing pipelines, cable runs and channel systems.

Software

fischer provides support to planners and structural engineers with BIM and 3D data as well as load specifications when planning and calculating any type of construction. The structural software applications let users quickly and easily generate the required verification based on applicable standards
The Install-Fix module of fischer’s Fixperience design software allows planners, structural engineers and tradespeople to conveniently calculate installation systems along with suitable anchors and documentation. Just a few clicks and parameter inputs are sufficient to design a channel system, determine the quantities required and provide structural certification in accordance with current European technical standards. The programme enables entire projects and individual applications to be planned in an efficient and cost-optimised manner.
The ‘fischer Professional’ app also allows HVAC tradespeople to find the right fixings solution for their respective application from anywhere at any time and to order it directly from a dealer.
