Able to rely on pipe supports when a fire breaks out
Walraven puts its faith in cross-vendor quality marks in the interests of safe building technology.

Companies employ different methods to offer planners and contractors certainty and decision-making aids through verified standards of quality. With this in mind, Walraven decided eight years ago to take a rather unusual step and joined forces with other manufacturing companies. They defined common standards for pipe supports that applied to all manufacturers and made it possible to compare their mechanical load-bearing characteristics through a system of quality marks. A new RAL quality guideline "fire-tested pipe supports" is now ensuring safer buildings in the event of fire.
